KEE Enhanced Business Efficiency ModuleWe have developed three courses to help organisations survive, improve and prosper. We deliver the courses in two ways; the first method is in conjunction with the business, where we tailor the course according to specific requirements. The second way is by means of a generic offering that is delivered to people from different companies. Course 1: Business Efficiency. Designed for lower and non-management resources During this course we impart efficiency improvement techniques by using hands-on process delivery methods designed in conjunction with Kingston University Business School for their MBA course. The delegates are encouraged to question the status quo and conventional process steps in order to develop new ways of producing a better product with fewer resources. Because efficiency gains often means losing personnel, we also cover what to do if found to be surplus to requirements. Course 2: Constant Improvement. Designed for senior and middle management This course demonstrates how the management can construct part-time teams to constantly improve all the processes in the enterprise. Using real-life scenarios to reveal problems in end-to-end processes, the delegates realise how to view, manage and improve enterprise-wide processes. The course includes identification, classification and mitigation of Operational Risk and Waste, whilst also covering Culture Change. Course 3: Enterprise Optimisation For Business Analysts and Process Engineers This course is of a more technical nature and demonstrates how to prepare a business for rapid and constant change and how to eliminate 95% of analysis from future projects.
